Family Portal

The Family Portal is a web-based platform that connects our clients, their families, and caregivers for improved care and communication. By sharing information between the client and caregiver, this technology enhances the client’s care and service coordination. Clients and their loved ones may check schedules, request adjustments, review care activities, and view/pay bills 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We also offer our clients the option of receiving a tablet with access to the online portal.

Payment Options

When you start your home care search, one of the first concerns you may have is, “How do I pay for in-home care services?”

Heart to Heart Home Care Services accepts payments in the form of:

  • Credit Card
  • Online Bill Pay through ACH

In addition, we also assist with claim submission by providing supplemental documentation to the following companies:

  • Long-Term Care Insurance
  • Veteran Benefits
  • Workers’ Compensation
