A very empathetic and professional company. It’s no small thing to have to choose a care agency for a parent and the person I work with was so understanding and knowledgeable. She put my mind at ease knowing my mom would be well taken care of. Since the start of the service I’m always able to get an update on what’s going on with my mom on the family portal that they have. I always know who’s going to be there and can send messages ahead of time to make arrangements. Heart to Heart Home Care Services has been wonderful in helping take care of my elderly, home-bound mother. She unexpectedly needed 24 hour care and Maydene has been amazing to work with! She is extremely responsive — returns emails, phone calls quickly, and is dedicated to helping find caregivers that my mother likes.
